I imagine you don't get to the movies much on the campaign trail, but here's something I really want you to watch.
This is a ticket for a new short video starring Robert Redford. It's called "Heat Is On," and it may just convince you that American voters want global warming to be a top priority in the 2008 election.
If left unchecked, the consequences of global warming could be scarier than any horror film ever made. I'm talking about the loss of up to 50% of all species on Earth, intense heat waves, coastal flooding, droughts, and wildfires.
So please join me in watching Robert Redford's "Heat Is On" video, and as you build your campaign platform, remember that I want global warming to be a central issue in 2008.
