Greetings,

I’m writing to ask you to vote for Mark DeSaulnier in the September 1st special election to fill the empty Congressional seat in California’s 10^th District. 

DeSaulnier earned the endorsement of the California League of Conservation Voters for his perfect environmental voting record and will be a strong and consistent ally in the fight to build a clean energy economy and curb global warming pollution.  He has pledged to support the investment of billions of dollars in the creation of clean energy jobs, and he is the best candidate to support President Obama’s Clean Energy Plan.   

We need Mark DeSaulnier in Washington to fight for clean energy and new jobs.  In a special election like this, victory can hinge on just a few votes, so I urge you join the California League of Conservation Voters, the Sierra Club, and other environmentalists and vote for this environmental leader on September 1st.
